2012 Elantra Car Problems after 100 miles
« on: December 24, 2012, 09:13:30 AM »
Hi guys,
I just purchased a 2012 Elantra last week. Recently I started hearing a rubbing or grinding noise when I drive over 35 mph. I also notice when I turn wheel I hear a bad screaching noise, and to top it all off my breaks are failing(I press them but the car does not stop, i need to pump them)

I'm going to the dealer to fix  my car back to it's shop and check it out. It seems like the suspension is bad or IDK. Anyways, what are my rights as a buyer?? Can I request a new car? Or should I let them fix it?

It only has 175 Miles on it.

Please suggest.
