Title: Tata Indigo eCS Power steering harder than normal steering from day the first?

Hi,
   My friend just bought a new Indigo eCS just 6 month ago and since the day first there is a problem in the car steering as the company officials claimed under it's specifications that the steering will be Power Steering and at the time of selling they told us that sir you will enjoy and have fun while using the Power steering. Now, while driving it i found it as a normal steering however, to get me query right i get confirmed with some of my friends but unfortunately all of them told me that there is nothing such like power steering in it.

What should I do? Help please suggest.
