Title: Accent 2003 model: Door Locking Problem

My friend has recently purchased a used car from Hyundai  which is the only option as per our requirement under luxurious. All things were going well but from quite few days the rear doors are not working properly and they didn't opened up from inside, anyone has to come down from the front doors and try to open the rear doors from outside only then it opens i don't able to understand what the problem is actually is. Is it's a serious problem will it take more money to fix in. If yes then please do reply urgent.
