Bikers Lounge / Difference between new 2012 thunderbird 500cc and 350cc
« on: October 25, 2012, 06:16:41 AM »
Hi, what is major difference Royal enfield thunderbird 500cc and Royal enfield thunderbird 350cc launched recently. I know the 500cc has 500 engine and 350 has 350cc engine, so obviously their power output is different but what are other changes than engine size ? Is it only reason that new 500 is 40K dearer than 350 TB ?

Heck .. that is a joke :)

I am planning to upgrade my bike from discover to some new sporty bike in premium range, I have narrowed down to Yamaha R15 version 2 and Honda cbr 150r, both bikes are 150 cc and falls in premium range of 150cc bike in our Indian sub continent. Please advice me which one is better to buy and also my most of the riding will be city only and not more than 20km daily (at stretch).
