Audi, one of the prodigious luxury car automaker has unveiled it's new planned which will be featuring a new Audi RS6 Avant in the upcoming fiscal year.
From the sources, we came to know that it will be powered with an eco-friendly 4.0-litre V8 bi-turbo engine with cylinder-on-demand technology that combined with the large dual twin-scroll turbochargers mounted with the intercooler inside the engine’s V bank instead of the predecessor’s 5.0-litre twin turbo V10 engine, which enable it to spped up 0-100km/h time of a mere 3.9 seconds. It is also expected that the engine will be assessed with an eight-speed tiptronic gearbox with reduced shift times to make the most of the ‘Sport’ and ‘Manual’ settings, there will also a ‘Drive’ mode for normal conditions.
It is expected that the weight of this luxury car is reduced since there are rumors that the body is made up of aluminium and high tensile steel. Speculations will be approx 100 kg less than the previous RS6 Avant. We also came to know as per our resources, that this engine will makes 560PS of power between 5,700rpm and 6,700rpm, while an impressive 700Nm of torque is available from 1,750rpm to 5,500rpm.
