Aquila Pro and GT650R bikes launched in India by DSK Hyosung

Hyosung Corporation, Korean industrial conglomerate operates in various fields, including the chemical industry, industrial machinery, IT, trade, and construction and many more has launched Aquila Pro and GT650R two new superbikes in the country.

Hyosung Cruiser Aquila Pro and the new edition of GT650 R, both of them will be made available in three color variants- Cruiser Aquila Pro will be spotted in Red, Silver and Blacks whereas GT 650 R in Titanium White, Titanium Red and in Titanium black. Enumerating the engine specification of both the superbikes, Aquila Pro will be powered with 650cc V-twin engine and the same engine also powers for GT650R. This V-twin engine will generates 74 BHP of power at a rather high 9000 RPM and 62.1 Nm of torque at 6500 RPM. This machine boasts a top speed of 195 km/hr and 0 – 100 km/hr in just 6 seconds, it also claims that the 140 km/hr mark can be achieved in just 11 seconds. Aquilla Pro uses a 5-speed gearbox transmission to power the rear wheels which has different ratios than the GT650R. The GT650R gets a new two-tone paint job, and while the tech specs remain largely the same as its previous version already available in international market, the engine has been tweaked to ensure smoother power delivery.

The Hyosung Aquila Pro is a comfortable motorcycle with forward set foot pegs, well cushioned seats and wide handlebars. In terms of Dimension, Aquila Pro measure apporx Length x Width x Height: 2330 mm x 840 mm x 1150 mm, Wheelbase: 1670 mm, Ground Clearance: 160 mm, Fuel Tank Capacity of 16-litres and claims in terms of Fuel consumption nearby 20 km/l (Fuel Type- Petrol) and sustained with a kerb weight of 240 kgs. Dealing with device suspension, this machine dubbed with Telescopic forks (Front), Hydraulic double shock absorber (Rear) suspension.
