Volkswagen, biggest German automaker and second largest automaker worldwide has introduced a new model of it’s most selling car,”POLO SR” in the Indian market. The new Polo SR has some new interesting specifications and features to show off.
Volkswagen Polo SR as the name signifies is a sports car and is specifically designed targeting Indian youth. Under the hood, Polo SR is powered 1.2-litre 12 V In-Line Petrol Engine which chunks out 73.9bhp with 110 NM of torque (though as per specification, there is not much power difference as compared to previous version of POLO, however there are news that it can have 105 bhp of power in this SR variant). Volkswagen Polo SR has 5 speed manual transmission with Mc Pherson with Stabiliser Bar (Front) and Semi Independent Trailing Arm (Rear) Suspensions. Enumerating it’s sporty specifications, it can accelerate 0-100 kmph in just 14.2 seconds and a top-speed of 162.9 km/hr. In terms of Fuel Efficiency, POLO SR dubbed with 45 litre of Fuel Tank Capacity and commit 14.12 kmpl in City and 17.24 on highway.
In field of the car Comfort and Convenience, Volkswagen Polo SR Interior holds Air Conditioner, Heater, Adjustable Steering Column to facilitate the driver comfort, Tachometer, Electronic Multi-Tripmeter, Fabric Upholstery, Leather Steering Wheel, Glove Compartment and a Digital Clock with Digital Odometer. Eying-on towards the exterior, dubbed with Fog lights in the Front and well as in Rear, Power Adjustable Exterior Rear View Mirror, Rear Window Wiper and Rear Window Washer, Rear Window Defogger with Alloy Wheels.
