I just bought a second hand Hyundai Accent recently and while i drive it at high rpm it's engine start nosing. Sometimes, it creates irritation and sometimes it creates tension in my mind. Should i go up to the mechanic to fixed it up or should i returned it to it's original buyer. Please help!!!!
