Mahindra & Mahindra, leading giants in automobile industry across the globe finally reveals it’s plan to launch e20 electric car in the upcoming couple of months. Recently, Mahindra launched it’s two products in two wheeler segment and now it seems to make a mark in Electric car segment.
From the Sources, we came to know that the Mahindra e 20 was named by utilizing the overall Mahindra Reva philosophy of “inspired by orange to go green” for sustainable living. Here ‘e’ stands for – Energy of the Sun, ‘2’ Encompasses the connected technologies in the car, ‘O’ – Oxygen, which sustains our existence on Earth. It is expected, that Mahindra E2O will boast up with some more spacious cabin with more creature comforts like an audio system, air-conditioning and power windows. Mahindra has shown off quick-charging stations at its new Bengaluru facility, but getting a network of them installed will be a task that will be possible only with the government’s help. With a range of 100 km and a charging time of six hours, the e2o or NXR as the concept was first called has two-doors and four seats.
