Maruti Suzuki has launched the 2017  Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire Tour in India which will be available in the market from May 25, 2017. The 2017 Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire Tour features blacked out front grille and black ORVMs. Even the fog lamp clusters are finished in black, losing the chrome garnish, while the A-pillar now comes in the white body colour.

The car continues to sport the sweptback headlamps and steel wheels, while the door handles are black as well. Colour options on the 2017 Swift Dzire Tour include Arctic Pearl White, Silky Silver and Midnight Black. On the inside, the car retains the dual-tone beige and black interior scheme along with the beige fabric upholstery. Faux wood inlays are present on the dashboard and the door panels. In terms of equipment, the car gets manual AC, power windows and MID unit for the instrument cluster.

The 2017 Maruti Swift Dzire Tour is available in two engine options – petrol and diesel. The 1.3-litre DDiS diesel engine produces 74 BHP of power and 190 Nm of peak torque while the 1.2-litre K-Series petrol engine pumps out 84 BHP of power and 114 Nm of peak torque. Both the engines come paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox. However, none of the cars get an automatic or an AMT transmission.

As Hyundai India has launched its Xcent recently with an attractive price of Rs. 5.38 lakh (ex-showroom), Maruti Suzuki will be eyeing to keep prices pretty competitive. We speculate that this car will be launched at a price of Rs. 5.30 lakh (ex-showroom).
